I wanted to compile some lists of things that I think are useful and helpful for webmastery and other silliness!!

references

w3schools - I use this all the time for various bits of code, or when I'm confused about why my site is acting up. Also has a section of code snippets under "how-to".

mdn webdocs - Similar to w3schools! I don't use this one as much because I play favorites.

generators

cssgridgenerator - Genuinely helped me understand Grid better. Also I love anything I can drag and drop.

fansfansfans - Makes fanlistings, buttons, etc for your site!

broider - Makes pixel borders! There's also a lot there that are premade if you want something even faster.

layout builders

sadgirl's layout builder - A tried-and-true for many a young webmaster.

petrapixel's layout generator - I swear that petrapixel has something for everything.

premade layouts

ribo.zone - I used ribo.zone's Cyanobacteria layout as a jumping off point for this site!

angelnetcast - Some EXTREMELY basic, responsive layouts.

teppy's layouts - Teppy has a lot of simple and interesting layouts, as well as some other resources on their site.

itinerae - Very modern and cute styles here. I think she also has paid layouts somewhere.

tessisamess - Both free and paid layouts, literally SO many.

poempuppy - Modern cute styles, all free!

cepheus - You have to navigate there: blog links→ art&resources→ premade layouts.

kalechips - A great source of simple layouts that are good for editing!

xixxii - Has different styles, from 90's and early 2000's layouts to more modern takes.

misc

death generator - Lets you put text into a wide variety of video game boxes. Super cool.

roingus - It's roingus.

gifypet - Make a lil guy for your webpage!

cupcakeipsum - Lorem Ipsum but sweeter.

tamaNOTchi - The pets on my pages are from here!

pixelsafari - LOADS of really cool favicons, stamps, blinkies, etc.

gristorrent - I gotta say... I am playing this at least a few times a week. Simple merge game.

fantasynamegenerators - The fucking website Ever. Oh my god I use this site ALL THE TIME.

Bubblecam - Iconic website from 2001 where you click a button to blow bubble's in someone's yard.
